About the Role
Lead the Pack at Scenthound! As a Membership Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and creating an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do
- Drive membership sales and revenue growth by educating customers on the benefits of routine hygiene for dogs
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales and service team
- Build relationships with dog parents and community partners
- Manage daily operations to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and service excellence
- Manage the store when the General Manager is not on site.
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive, results-driven leader with a passion for sales
- Someone who is coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team and connect with customers
- A commitment to dog safety and wellness
- Retail or membership-based sales experience
Compensation: $24-$26/ hour (Base + Tips)

This is a full-time position, working Saturdays is required, with Sundays always off.
